Warranty Policy
1. Product Warranty Period
- Solar Panels: 12-year product warranty + 25-year linear power output warranty (90% at year 10, 80% at year 25).
- Lithium Battery Storage (LiFePO4): 5-year product warranty (optional extended to 10 years).
- Inverters: 5-year product warranty.
- Mounting & Trackers: 10-year warranty.
2. Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation and maintenance conditions. DLXN Energy will repair, replace or refund defective products at our discretion, free of charge.
3. Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
- Damage from natural disasters (lightning, flood, fire, earthquake).
- Damage from transportation after delivery.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
4. Claim Process
- Contact our sales or after-sales team with your order number and product SN.
- Provide photos/videos of the issue and test data if available.
- Our engineers will evaluate within 48 hours and issue an RMA if approved.
- Replacement or repair will be arranged after RMA confirmation.
